2.1 Freedom in Usernames: Reviewers have the freedom to choose their own usernames, which means you might not always recognize their names as your customers. Respect their anonymity and focus on the content of their reviews.
2.2 Respectful Language: We expect all VPS providers to contribute respectfully to our platform. Avoid using harmful, hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or obscene language in your responses to reviews.
2.3 Privacy and Safety: Do not post any sensitive or personal information about reviewers or any other individuals. Respect the privacy and safety of everyone on our platform.
3.1 No Unfair Removal Requests: We will not remove a review just because you think it’s unfair, disagree with its content, or believe the reviewer should have left more stars. Reviews are subjective and reflect the personal experiences and opinions of customers.
3.2 Balanced Responsibilities: As a platform that serves both consumers and businesses, we strive to balance competing responsibilities. We want to allow everyone to tell their story (good or bad), but we are also required to remove content that could cause serious harm to someone’s reputation or significant financial loss to a business.
3.3 Claim Your Profile: Claim your business profile and get a business account. This allows you to send review invitations, reply to reviewers, and flag reviews that breach our guidelines.
3.4 Reviewer Ownership: A review is owned by the person who wrote it. Reviewers can edit or delete their reviews at any time, and they can only write one review even if they’ve had multiple experiences with your business.
3.5 Flagging Reviews: We do not actively moderate reviews, but everyone can flag reviews that breach our guidelines. Flagged reviews will be reviewed by our team to determine if they violate our policies.
4.1 Freedom of Expression: We support freedom of expression and encourage open dialogue. However, we reserve the right to delete company replies that breach these guidelines. This demonstrates your commitment to customer service and can positively influence your business's reputation.
5.1 Monitoring and Enforcement: We monitor activities on our platform to ensure compliance with our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in warnings, suspension of features, or termination of your business account.
5.2 Legal Obligations: We reserve the right to disclose your information if required by law or if we believe such action is necessary to comply with legal processes, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users.
5.3 Penalties for Non-Compliance: Non-compliance with these guidelines can lead to various penalties, including the removal of fake reviews, suspension of your business account, and termination of agreements. We may also place consumer alerts on profiles to inform users of non-compliant behavior.
