About The earea Company ISA
earea is a German provider selling web hosting, managed virtual servers, a cloud storage product, domains and certificates, with German language support, the LiveConfig control panel and daily backups included. Its virtual range is sold by disk size rather than by memory, running from fifty gigabytes of solid state storage through seventy five gigabytes to a hundred gigabytes, and the company positions it as a way for a customer to become a provider in their own right. Web hosting sits well below the virtual line and a separate cloud product provides plain storage space in two, ten and hundred gigabyte blocks. All rates are quoted in euro and marked as subject to German tax. Support and documentation are provided in German throughout.
