I do not recommend this sellers under any circumstances! They do not respond to messages, dont answer to opened tickets, they do not provide the services they claim to offer, and on top of that, when they actually remember to reply, they have the nerve to tell you to upgrade.

This is by far the worst support experience I’ve ever had. At the beginning, everything seemed fine, but over the last 6–7 months the service has become extremely unreliable. There are constant issues, and the support team is practically nonexistent. When you contact them, you wait 2–3 weeks for a response — and sometimes you don’t get any reply at all. It feels like unless you keep pushing or escalate aggressively, your ticket is simply ignored. There is no communication, no transparency, and no sense of responsibility. You’re left completely in the dark with ongoing problems and no clear answers. I honestly cannot recommend this service to anyone. If it were possible, I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Another minute and I'm gonna start believing anonrdp.com are straight-up scammers! I'll keep holding out hope 'til the bitter end that it's not true, though. Sadly, I'm stuck in this mess, and no one's listening. Support promised the servers would be back up and running soon, that everything would be fixed – they're giving me the runaround! This hosting is a joke. Seriously, it's awful. Their tech support is non-existent, which is just great. When will AnonRDP finally be honest about what they offer? It's laughable. If you don't have support, don't advertise it!
