Its virtual servers run KVM with CentOS, Ubuntu or Debian and are sold from Asian data centres in Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, with memory and disk added during ordering rather than fixed. The virtual line is billed annually or biennially rather than monthly. Everything is explicitly unmanaged, uptime is not guaranteed and customers are told to take their own backups. Optional extras include cPanel, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux and SolusVM for reselling.
