Monitoring here is done by
the VPS Advisor probe network, not by Virtualine. We resolve
a provider's announced ASNs
to their announced prefixes, measure them from community-run workers in multiple regions,
and publish the trust-weighted consensus. The result describes public network reachability,
not a service-level guarantee.

Monitoring is switched off
Virtualine has not opted into network monitoring, so we publish no uptime figures for it. That is a choice about measurement, not a judgement about reliability.
