1984Hosting is an Icelandic company trading since 2006 on a stated commitment to free expression and hosting entirely in Icelandic data centres run on renewable energy. Its virtual server range is sold as five fixed shapes scaling from one core with a single gigabyte of memory to six cores with sixteen, each pairing NVMe SSD storage with a monthly transfer allowance, and further disk can be added to any of them. Every plan carries full root access, VNC console access, DDoS protection and preconfigured WireGuard and OpenVPN images alongside a stated no-logging policy. A managed VPS line and shared hosting are sold beside it. Billing is quoted in several currencies including Icelandic krona and Monero, and Bitcoin is accepted directly. Sign-up is possible without identity documents.
