BitHost, trading since 2014, is a cryptocurrency payment front end rather than an operator of its own hardware: it provisions and bills DigitalOcean, Linode and Vultr instances on the customer's behalf and takes payment in cryptocurrency, so the regions and hardware are those three clouds. Its own comparison puts DigitalOcean at 14 regions with 1 GB to 256 GB of RAM, Linode at 11 regions with 1 GB to 192 GB, and Vultr at 32 regions with 512 MB to 96 GB, all on NVMe SSD storage with unlimited traffic and full root access. Billing is hourly against a prepaid balance denominated in US dollars. Windows Server is available on Vultr instances only. A command line tool and an API are documented for provisioning and snapshots. Sign-up requires no identity documents, no real name and no card.
