A resold Vultr range runs alongside from 6.00 USD a month for a 0.5 GB shape up to 840.00 USD for 24 vCPU with 96 GB of RAM, and Google Cloud instances are sold by the gigabyte hour. The site advertises DDoS filtering, private networking, high availability and backup and restore, names cPanel as a control panel and documents full root access.
