System status & uptime
Monitoring disabledletbox has not opted into network monitoring, so we publish no uptime figures for it. That is a choice about measurement, not a judgement about reliability.
About letbox
LetBox is registered in the United States and sells budget KVM virtual servers, storage servers and IP lease space from Los Angeles, Dallas and Seattle, with no contracts or hidden fees and free DDoS mitigation on every service. The Seattle facility is described in detail on the site: SSAE 16 SOC-1 Type II compliant, four 750 KVA UPS systems on redundant A, B, C and D feeds, three 1.5 MW Cummins generators with a load bank, lightning protection, pre-action dry pipe fire suppression, four 500 ton Trane chillers with an ice storage system of 46 tanks and chilled water at 2N redundancy, a secure entrance with a man trap, perimeter fencing and interior and exterior surveillance, and a network operations centre staffed 24 hours. Large-storage plans are offered for running a full node. The published terms are specific: the money-back guarantee applies to a single VPS and may be claimed once, no refund is given where the service has been used for bulk email, and a chargeback against a legitimate charge carries a 20 USD administrative fee. PayPal and 2Checkout subscriptions are supported alongside Bitcoin. Support runs around the clock with a community Discord, a knowledge base and a public network status page. The provider advertises an uptime figure of 99.9%.
