Melbicom is registered in Lithuania, states it has traded since 2015, and sells cloud VPS, dedicated servers, colocation, IP transit and DDoS protection from what its own pages count as 20 Tier III and Tier IV data centres in 15 countries, with Amsterdam, Warsaw, Moscow, Palermo, Vilnius, Sofia, Lagos, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Singapore, Tokyo, Madrid, Frankfurt, Paris, Stockholm and Mumbai among them and Sao Paulo announced as a new site. Network capacity is advertised at more than 14 Tbps with ports up to 40 Gbps, private connections, isolated management and DDoS filtering; per-site details such as the 8,320 square metre Amsterdam facility with 12 MW of power are published along with test IP addresses. Virtual servers are KVM with local NVMe and SSD storage, unlimited traffic, one free IPv4 address and 16 IPv6 addresses, custom ISO uploads, an out-of-band console, an API and instant deployment. The Amsterdam ladder is VDS-1-SSD-AMS at 1 vCore, 2 GB of RAM and 20 GB for 3.90 EUR a month, VDS-2 at 2 vCores, 4 GB and 40 GB for 7.80, VDS-4 at 4 vCores, 8 GB and 80 GB for 15.60, VDS-6 at 6 vCores, 12 GB and 120 GB for 31.20, and VDS-8 at 8 vCores, 16 GB and 160 GB for 62.40; the Tokyo equivalents run from 5.70 EUR. A licensed Windows line in Amsterdam runs WIN-2 at 2 vCores, 2 GB and 20 GB for 12 EUR a month up to WIN-10 at 10 vCores, 24 GB and 160 GB for 105 EUR. Dedicated servers are published per port speed: an AMD Ryzen 9 9950X at 4.30 GHz with 128 GB and two 3.84 TB NVMe drives is 674 EUR a month on 1 Gbps, 974 EUR on 2 Gbps, 3,324 EUR on 10 Gbps and 6,824 EUR on 20 Gbps, all unmetered. Images offered are Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and Windows Server 2019 and 2022. Bitcoin is accepted, Lightning Network payments are supported and Dash is also listed. Sign-up is possible without identity documents, Tor traffic is permitted and large-storage plans are offered for running a full node. Support is a 24/7 desk with telephone and Telegram.
