Frantech trades publicly as BuyVM, is registered in Canada, states it has operated since 2010 and is a division of Cloudzy. It sells virtual servers from three locations, Las Vegas and New York in the United States and Luxembourg. The Dedicated KVM Slices line runs on 3.50 GHz or faster cores with SSD storage, unmetered bandwidth and one IPv4 address, scaling from 512 MB of memory with ten gigabytes of disk up to 28 gigabytes with 560 GB, the larger shapes carrying dedicated rather than fair share CPU. Block Storage Slabs are sold as a hard disk add-on for object stores, media distribution and backups, and storage and anycast lines sit alongside. DDoS filtering is advertised above 3500 Gbps, and nightly backups and managed database servers are paid add-ons.
