Monitoring here is done by
the VPS Advisor probe network, not by Vultr. We resolve
AS20473 (The Constant Company, LLC)
to their announced prefixes, measure them from community-run workers in multiple regions,
and publish the trust-weighted consensus. The result describes public network reachability,
not a service-level guarantee.

Vultr has joined the probe network and the first measurements are still being collected. Results appear here once enough workers agree.
