System status & uptime
Monitoring disabledZappieHost has not opted into network monitoring, so we publish no uptime figures for it. That is a choice about measurement, not a judgement about reliability.
About ZappieHost
Zappie Host is registered in the United States, announces its own address space under AS61138 and specialises in locations the larger clouds skip: Auckland in New Zealand, Johannesburg in South Africa and Santiago and Valdivia in Chile. It sells KVM and LXC virtual servers, dedicated servers and BGP transit, with free IP announcement and BGP sessions for both IPv4 and IPv6 subnets on the New Zealand network. Every plan carries a dedicated IPv4 and IPv6 address, automatic backups, instant setup and 24/7 support, on SSD storage with a looking glass published; advertised prices are for semi-annual terms. The New Zealand ladder on a 1 Gbps port is 512 MB with 1 core, 30 GB and 200 GB of traffic for 4.50 USD a month, 1 GB with 2 cores, 50 GB and 400 GB for 7.00, 2 GB with 4 cores, 100 GB and 800 GB for 13.00, and 4 GB with 6 cores, 150 GB and 1.2 TB for 19.00, with a free BGP session on request. The Chilean and South African LXC ladders match those prices on a 100 Mbps port, and a premium Chilean KVM line with Linux or Windows runs 6.00, 9.00, 17.00 and 24.50 USD a month for the same four shapes. Bitcoin is accepted and PayPal is offered. The site advertises network capacity of up to 1 Gbps and IPv6 throughout.
