Time4VPS is registered in Lithuania and hosts in Lithuania and Singapore, selling self-managed Linux, Windows, storage and container virtual servers on HP ProLiant hardware with a published network capacity of 100 Gbps and a 99.95 per cent uptime guarantee. Linux plans are KVM with full root access and a customisable kernel, while storage and container plans are OpenVZ. Every rate is advertised with a standing introductory discount of around two thirds and the renewal figure printed alongside it, so the recurring cost is roughly double the headline. The Linux ladder runs from one core at 2.6 GHz with two gigabytes of memory and 25 GB of storage upward, while the storage line trades compute for capacity from 256 GB of disk.
